Can I view the videos on my cell phone or tablet?
Can I download the videos?
The Aerial Physique TV mobile app allows you to download videos for offline viewing within the app. However, downloading videos directly to your device is not supported.
The videos are loading slowly. What do I do?
Check your internet connection and try connecting from a different browser. Internet Explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google Chrome in some cases.
How do I join the monthly live Masterclasses?
APTV members can join our monthly Masterclasses with Jill and our other fabulous instructors. A new class is held every month so check back often! We'll also email you around the first week of the month with an official invite. Recordings of each class are available to replay anytime so no worries if you can't make it live!
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

How do I change my membership plan?
💻 If you signed up from the aerialphysique.tv website:
Sign in to your account
Select your Profile menu at the top right corner of the page
Select the Purchases tab
Find your Membership plan and select Manage
Select Change Plan
Choose an option and select Subscribe Now. Your bill will be pro-rated for the current billing cycle.
📱 If you signed up through the mobile app, you will need to manage your subscription through the app.
How do I cancel my membership?
We'll be disappointed to see you go, but understand if you'd like to cancel.
💻 If you signed up from the aerialphysique.tv website:
Sign in to your account
Select your Profile menu at the top right corner of the page
Select the Purchases tab
Find your Membership plan and select Manage
Select End Membership
If you're on a monthly membership, you also have the option to pause your membership for 1-3 months if you'd like to take a short break!
📱 If you signed up through the mobile app, you will need to cancel your subscription through the AppStore (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).

How do I find my referral link?
For each friend you refer that becomes a member, you'll earn 30 free subscription days!
When the referred user pays their first invoice, you will automatically receive 30 free subscription days automatically added to your account.

Sign in to your account
Select your Profile menu in the top right corner of the page
Select Refer a Friend
Please note, this feature is only available through the desktop website, and only if you created your account via the website, not the mobile app.
What can I share in the Community section?
You're welcome to ask questions, share victories, and support your fellow aerialists.
Please note we don't allow promotions, hateful comments, or bullying. If your post is a promotion, offensive, or inappropriate, it will be deleted.
Why won't the system allow me to put in my payment information? The credit card box isn't showing.
You may need to clear your web browser's cache. Click here for instructions.
I haven't signed into my account for a while. Can I get a refund?
APTV does not issue refunds for partial months or unused subscriptions.
